Requirements – Roofing Sales Team Brazos Valley

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our roofing sales team in Brazos Valley. Ideal applicants will have:

• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience (preferred)

• Positive attitude and team-player mindset

• Strong goal-setting and smart decision-making skills

• Coachable, highly motivated, and strong negotiation abilities

• Physical capability to carry ladders and walk on roofs

• Reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities

As part of our roofing sales team in Brazos Valley, your duties will include:

• Prospecting and establishing service agreements with potential clients

• Meeting new clients in the field, including door-to-door outreach

• Preparing quotes, proposals, and managing credit terms

• Developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients

• Accurately measuring and estimating job costs

• Staying updated on industry products and trends

• Performing other duties as assigned

Job Type & Benefits

• Position Type: Full-time (40+ hours/week), commission-based

• Bonuses: $300 sign-up bonus after 90 days
